* Master’s degree in natural sciences, chemistry/chemical engineering, biology, medicine, pharmacy, business administration, marketing, communication, or related fields
* Outstanding academic performance
* Practical experience through internships
* High motivation and passion to discover solutions to exciting challenges
* Fluency in English
* Based in Madrid
