This role focuses on building, enhancing, and supporting cloud-native solutions for Contact Centre platforms, with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and automation.The successful candidate will have hands-on experience developing AWS Lambda–based solutions using Python, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and working within CI/CD pipelines.
