Job Responsibilities:
1. Administration and management of all technological systems and information manuals with support from external companies.
2. Responsible for accounting tasks.
3. Managing internal and external correspondence for the workshop and banks.
4. Planning and organizing the daily agenda of management.
5. Preparation of important documents and expedients.
6. Protection and safeguarding of the company's confidential documents.
7. Preparation of daily reports and other essential documentation.
8. Organizing information required for financial meetings, presentations, and support materials.
9. Recording important information for future reference and maintaining event records.
10. Administrative management of staff on behalf of the Country Manager, including acting as the company spokeswoman.
11. Official title in accounting.
12. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French, and Spanish at a high level.
13. Proficiency in technological tools and internet usage.
14. Ability to work under pressure and handle unforeseen situations.
15. Strong organizational and planning skills.
16. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
17. Experience in a similar role.
