Contemporary Star Energy is a joint venture created by Stellantis and CATL to advance affordable and sustainable electric mobility in Europe, located next to the Stellantis Plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the Gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh.
We are looking for a HR Generalist, who will support general HR activities and will act as a consultant to managers and employees linking HR strategy with business goals.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support general HR activities, including personnel management, recruitment, labour compliance, employee relations, organisational diagnosis, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
- Provide technical guidance on labour legislation, internal procedures, and company policies.
- Assist in the selection, dispatch, on-site management, performance evaluation and return arrangements of dispatched personnel (Chinese), coordinate and follow up on the entire process of dispatch contracts, compensation benefits, taxes and insurance.
- Provide welfare and administrative support to dispatched personnel, maintaining communication with them and with relevant departments.
- Facilitate the integration of dispatched personnel with the local team, organise cross-cultural training, and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
Your profile and qualifications
- University degree in Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar activities, preferably in the industrial sector or international environments.
- Advanced knowledge of English (oral and written) is mandatory, and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Knowledge of local and international labour regulations.
- Availability to work on-site at our facilities based in Figueruelas (Zaragoza)
