Job Summary Ready to shape the future of energy sourcing and sustainability across 20+ sites in EMEA? We are looking for an Associate Category Manager – Energy to drive sourcing strategies, ensure supply resilience, and accelerate our sustainability agenda across Europe, the Middle East & Africa. What you’ll do Develop and execute regional energy sourcing strategies (electricity, gas, green energy, VPPA, industrial gases)
Partner with Business leaders on pricing, hedging, and market risk management
Collaborate with Operations to reduce CO₂ footprint and support sustainability goals
Manage :€85M spend, ensuring cost competitiveness, supply security, and innovation
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships (SRM) and drive strategic projects
Provide market insights and stakeholder communication across functions What you bring Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar
:4+ years in procurement / category management / services sourcing
Strong financial and market analysis skills (ideally exposure to energy/commodities)
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
