Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to Danish-speaking customers.
* Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, and general support.
* Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Accurately document customer interactions and elevate issues when necessary.
* Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
Requirements
* Fluent or native-level Danish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good command of English, as it will be used for internal communication.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools and software.
* Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
