The Project Manager (Senior) is responsible for managing complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to Ocasa Life Sciences Project Management Processes. The role includes managing budgets, risks, change management, communications, and resource planning.
Responsibilities:
* Manage complex projects from initiation through delivery.
* Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, in consultation with relevant departments.
* Track project progress, monitor milestones, and report status to stakeholders.
* Coordinate between project team members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of deliverables, requirements, schedules, costs, and plans.
* Utilize appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
* Communicate schedules and changes to all stakeholders effectively.
* Organize and facilitate project meetings to align teams on methods and goals, and to track tasks.
* Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
* Monitor task completion to identify at-risk tasks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
* Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
* Motivate project teams, providing necessary resources and support.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
* University degree in Engineering is a plus.
* Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM MASTER are required.
* Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
* Experience managing high-impact transformation projects related to people, processes, technologies, or services.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
* Creative and pragmatic problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, methodical, and hands-on.
* Experience working across various company departments and levels.
* Logistics experience is required.
* Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
