As a Regional Sales Manager – South of Spain, you will drive business development and revenue growth across strategic public sector customers, including regional governments and key public bodies, provincial councils, major municipalities, public universities, and port authorities. Generate and manage a robust, qualified, and predictable sales pipeline
Lead public tenders, framework-based projects, and complex commercial bids
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, and influencers
Coordinate internal teams to deliver winning proposals (RFPs, RFIs, tenders, commercial offers)
Strengthen and activate the local and national partner ecosystem
Negotiate commercial terms to achieve win-win, long-term relationships
8–10+ years of experience in ICT / IT infrastructure sales (Public Sector and/or Enterprise)
~ Strong background selling Networking, Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud and/or AI solutions
~ Solid understanding of public procurement and tender environments
~ Spanish and English working proficiency
A competitive full-stack portfolio (Network + Compute + Cloud + AI)
