Our diversified portfolio covers the following therapeutic areas: dermatology, pain, gynecology, urology, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, etc.**In our global Project Team we are looking for**:**Senior Project Manager / Associate Director****Location: Dublin, Ireland or Warsaw, Poland****Key accountabilities**:- Responsible for overall project execution for new product launches, technology transfers and maintenance of business projects for Bausch Pharma portfolio of Global Pharmaceutical, OTC, and medical device products.- Providing leadership in facilitating problem solving and decision making by the team and assuring the decisions are consistent with the overall commercial objective of the project.- Interacting with, and influence, senior internal and external stakeholders.- Responsible for identifying critical project issues and risks, and timely communication to senior leadership.- Lead and manage the projects effectively and to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards.- Conduct team meetings with internal and external stakeholders; develop agenda, meetingminutes, and action items for team members.- Maintain key relationships between R&D;, Quality, Regulatory, BD, Marketing and internal/external manufacturing.- Requires BS/BA degree, preferably in the sciences.- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or drug development is required.- Demonstrated track record of success leading new product launches and/or manufacturing projects for pharmaceutical and/or medical device products.- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.- Understanding of Regulatory and Supply Chain.- Excellent communication and time management skills to meet expectations of all stakeholders.- Strong planning, organizational and computer skills and understanding of business processes.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within the team and cross-functionally.- Fluency in English.**We Offer**:- Contract for indefinite period with 3 months of probation period- Working in integral team- Pleasant working atmosphere in international environment- Opportunity for learning and growing in positive and supportive team of professionalsBausch Health is an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
