We are seeking talented
AI Engineers (Middle and Senior)
to join our international AI team. As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI models and solutions to support data-driven decision-making and innovation across the business.
It is necessary to have a high level of English and Spanish, and to currently reside in Barcelona and/or the surrounding area
What will your day to day be like?
You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining AI models, integrating them into production systems, and ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Your work will enable business teams, data scientists, and software engineers to leverage AI solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Model Development
: Design, implement, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Data Preparation
: Preprocess and clean data to ensure high-quality datasets for training and testing AI models.
- Model Deployment & Integration
: Collaborate with software engineers to deploy AI models into production systems and ensure smooth integration with business applications.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization
: Monitor model performance, implement feedback loops, and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Research & Innovation
: Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies, contributing to innovative AI solutions for the company.
What are we looking for?
- AI Engineer,
Middle or Senior
, with a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or AI model deployment.
- Strong programming skills in Python (including frameworks like
FastAPI
for model deployment), and optionally in Java or C++.
- Experience with
RAG architectures
and scalable AI system design.
- High level of English, as you will communicate with teams across Europe.
- Experience or knowledge with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), MLOps tools, and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional international team.
