What You’ll Be Doing
Hunt for new business: Prospect, cold call, and engage with potential customers to win new logos and grow our customer portfolio.
Understand client needs: Translate business requirements into tailored solutions that deliver real value.
Own your pipeline: Build and maintain a strong sales funnel, consistently forecasting and hitting monthly ACV targets.
Collaborate & innovate: Work closely with internal teams to improve strategy, share insights, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Stay ahead: Keep up with market trends and industry developments to stay sharp and relevant.
What We’re Looking For
A results-driven sales hunter with a proven track record of acquiring new enterprise accounts.
Experience in telecom, IT, or network connectivity is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills – you know how to listen, ask the right questions, and close deals.
A team player who’s self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and the hustle of building something new.
Proficient in Excel and Access.
Fluent in German and English.
