Drive the adoption of advanced genetic solutions (e.G., PGT, genetic screening, carrier testing) across fertility clinics, hospitals, and laboratories. Identify business opportunities and niche markets, collaborating closely with the marketing team to effectively position our product portfolio. Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of clinical sales specialists with deep IVF sector expertise. Set ambitious yet realistic sales targets for the team and ensure consistent performance tracking. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, commercial excellence, and customer-centricity. Strategic Client Engagement Build and sustain strong relationships with medical directors, embryologists, geneticists, and procurement leaders in fertility clinics. Lead complex negotiations, including framework agreements and tenders. Ensure an outstanding client experience from initial engagement through to service implementation. Market Intelligence Monitor scientific, regulatory, and technological trends within reproductive genetics.
