Regulatory Case Executive (German)
Join our team as a Regulatory Case Executive in the Communications department at eDreams ODIGEO, based in Barcelona. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally, enhance your knowledge of e-commerce, tourism, and consumer data protection regulations, and manage consumer regulatory complaints directly reporting to the VIP Customer Communications Team Lead.

Responsibilities:
* Manage legal customer complaints, including consumer organization files, court cases, and regulatory cases.
* Handle data protection consumer rights cases.
* Coordinate legal inquiries with Legal Counsels regarding customer complaints.
* Support VIP and sensitive customer complaints, social care channels, and direct customer complaints to CSM members.
* Contribute to VIP Communications projects.
* Analyze and report on the outcomes of initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Experience or background in Tourism is required.
* Proficiency with CRM tools and G-suite.
* Excellent German writing and communication skills, with a good command of legal vocabulary and grammar at a native level.
* Proficient in English.

* Analytical, organized, and problem-solving mindset.

* Experience with legal case management related to GDPR, tourism, and consumer regulations.
* Knowledge of additional languages and GDS systems like Amadeus or Galileo.
* Experience with VIP accounts, social media, or media relations.

* Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.
* Curiosity and eagerness to explore AI solutions.
* Ability to leverage AI for problem-solving and productivity.
* Adaptability and quick learning of new AI features.
* Experience collaborating with AI tools as part of software development.
