FILLING FRAGRANCES SHIFT LEADERGranollers filling fragrances area is recruiting a Shift Leader to manage and control safety, quality, service, and cost according to company targets. Please note that the working hours for this role are fixed afternoon shifts, but we can discuss preferences.RESPONSIBILITIESAs our Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing safety, quality, service, and cost control in line with company targets.Your main focus includes:
Ensuring adherence to safety rules, applying countermeasures, and conducting initial analysis during shift events.Managing quality standards during the shift, analyzing events, and coordinating countermeasures and reworks as needed.Being aware of service needs and urgencies, responding accordingly based on established standards.Managing line costs by acting according to escalation processes when OEE, speed, or HC deviate from targets.Managing resources according to defined priorities.Working for Coty means celebrating and embracing diversity.
