Agency Experience Specialist
in the commercial area, joining the
Digital Agency Experience team, responsible for the digital transformation of the company’s main sales channel and the improvement of its experience.
Your Mission in the Company The position offers the opportunity to develop innovative applications, collaborate on continuous improvement of our app, work with real users of the sales network, and participate in Salesforce and AI projects for the agency network in an international environment.
Your Main Responsibilities
Participation in refinement processes with the international Salesforce team and other countries involved in the project.
Updating the backlog with improvement proposals from the agency network or based on personal initiative.
Organizing focus groups and functionality testing sessions with end users of the application (agency network); identifying their needs, refining functionalities, and testing the final version to ensure it meets expectations.
Ensuring quality of deliverables provided to end users.
Driving user engagement with Salesforce through initiatives such as ambassador groups, incentive programs.
Defining improvements in network processes and tools by identifying areas for optimization and proposing solutions.
Drafting requirements for new functionalities to be developed by the IT department and monitoring progress.
Participating in artificial intelligence projects for the network, locally developed and those defined by the group (planned for Spain 2025–2026).
Who are we looking for?
Graduated in ADE, Marketing, Advertising or similar.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of Salesforce (FSC).
Analytical skills to identify end‑user needs and propose innovative solutions.
Proficient in data extraction and processing (Power BI, company data tables and repositories).
English level: C1 (mandatory for international projects).
