We are looking for a strategic and technically driven Solution Architect to lead the architecture and technical evolution of key capabilities within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the technical requirements for Reporting (Historic and real-time) for the assisted channels (Contact center and Branches), collaborating with the Functional product owner.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture and evolution of platform capabilities within the Foundations tower.
- Design and evolve scalable architectures for Omnichannel servicing platforms, Customer interaction Management, Data and analytics capabilities, Event‑driven integrations, Customer View and servicing platforms, Realtime and historical processing.
- Define and enforce Technical standards, Integration patterns, Security frameworks, Architecture governance principles, Scalability and resiliency standards.
- Design architectures supporting Multi‑country deployments, SaaS multi‑tenant environments and Embedded platform capabilities.
- Supervise and support complex integrations between Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Data platforms, Security platforms, Customer interaction systems, Internal and external enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Functional Product Owners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate actively in Architecture reviews, Technical governance, Backlog prioritization, Technical risk Manage.
