**About your role**
Soporte de nível 2 en el que se gestionan las siguientes tareas:
- Llamada saliente para resolución de incidencias de N2
- Apertura de tickets a nível 3
- Gestión de tickets
- Realización de pruebas para reproducir incidencias y buscar patrones de mejora
- Guardias pasivas fines de semana
