**FUNCTIONS**: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will be: - Lead, plan and execute the Marketing plan for Iberia, in coordination with the Trade Marketing and Sales departments. - Coordinate with the Communication department for joint actions in e-commerce, googles ads, social media, events, partnerships, etc. - Design, plan and execute ad-hoc activations for the sales channels, working closely with the On and Off Trade teams. - Analyze competitors and consumers, as well as market trends through the different data and information sources. - Define and execute the marketing activation's calendar as well as all brand related events of their brands for Iberia. - Design, development and implementation of on and off line campaigns to gain brand visibility. - Follow up of the marketing campaigns and activations, analyzing their impact and ensuring efficiencies. - Coordination with partners and agencies. - Develop presentations for the brand and marketing plans, aligned with the different areas within the company. We require: - University Degree - Proficient in English - 3-5 years experience in similar position as Brand Manager/ Brand Activation in FMCG (Beverages will be a plus). - Problem solving and decision maker. - Versatile and able to adapt to ever-changing environment. - Proactivity - Strong sensibility towards climate change. - International experience, with special focus in Portuguese market. - Organization and planning skills.
