Join Syngenta’s Fruity Crop Technology Center to support seed-to-maturity crop operations in a highly regulated facility. You will manage sowing, nursery and greenhouse activities, and data-driven environmental controls to deliver high-quality seed products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize trials, biosafety compliance, and process improvements. This role offers a hands-on, structured environment with meaningful impact on sustainable horticulture.

- Execute farming operations across nursery, growth chambers, and high-tech greenhouses (sowing, transplanting, planting, crop development, climate management, pest/disease monitoring, phytosanitary treatments)
- Manage and document crop recipes and environmental settings (light, temperature, humidity) for repeatability and compliance
- Support trial management through data collection and observations to ensure quality, quantity, and timeliness
- Follow strict biosafety and disinfection protocols throughout seedling to mature plant stages
- Apply new technologies and tools to identify process improvements aligned with R&D; strategy
- Coordinate activities with Syngenta staff and third-party labor across Breeders, T&T;, Marketing, Sales, and Farm Staff
- Ensure biosafety and HSE compliance by completing training and promoting regulatory adherence
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and standardization efforts

Responsabilidades
\n
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field
- 1–3 years in nursery/seedling production, greenhouse crop production, or xugodme controlled environment agriculture
- Structured, detail-oriented approach with adherence to rules in a regulated facility
- Experience with intensive data collection, organization, and analysis in agricultural or research settings
- Knowledge of horticultural crops and plant breeding principles
