Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the sales of robotic products within the designated region, formulating regional marketing strategies and sales plans in alignment with the company's overseas strategic goals, taking into account market differences and product competition in the target country.
* Identify market opportunities in the assigned region, drive the development, maintenance, and follow-up of target customers through multiple channels, establish strong relationships with clients, conduct regular customer visits, uncover potential needs, achieve sales targets, and expand market share.
* Oversee brand marketing and market promotion activities within the region, plan and supervise their implementation, make specific arrangements for regional exhibitions to ensure their effective execution, and continuously enhance the company's brand influence.
* Handle order negotiations and contract signings, coordinate to resolve issues during the sales process, review various agreements and commercial contracts, and control risks related to bad debts.
Job Requirements:
* Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields.
* Excellent proficiency in Spanish and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in both languages; proficiency in French or other European languages is a plus.
* At least 2 years of experience in business, sales, or marketing, with a good understanding of the designated region; candidates with relevant channel resources in robotics, automation, industrial products, or similar fields are preferred.
* Strong market development skills and business negotiation abilities, with a keen sense of public relations; highly motivated, with strong teamwork, self-drive, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving capabilities; a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
* Willingness to travel frequently.
