Job Purpose
The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily human resources operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and supporting strategic HR initiatives. This role serves as a key link between HR staff and management, promoting a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and driving continuous improvement in HR processes. The HR Supervisor ensures that recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations are effectively managed to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities And Duties
Recruitment and Staffing
* Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
* Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.
Employee Relations
* Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts.
* Promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company policies.
Performance Management
* Support performance appraisal processes.
* Provide guidance to managers on employee development and feedback.
Training and Development
* Coordinate training programs and workshops.
