Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute advanced SEO strategies focused on growth, automation, and continuous improvement.
* Conduct in-depth keyword research and intent analysis to inform scalable content plans.
* Optimize on-page SEO elements (metadata, headings, internal linking) and technical SEO factors (indexation, site structure, Core Web Vitals).
* Audit, refine, and scale landing pages, content hubs, and product pages to maximize visibility and engagement.
* Perform competitor and SERP analysis to uncover actionable insights and gaps.
* Implement and manage AI-powered tools for content generation, clustering, keyword grouping, and performance prediction.
* Build and execute ethical link-building strategies that reinforce brand authority and trust.
* Track and report SEO performance: rankings, traffic, CTR, bounce rates, and conversions using advanced analytics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, UX, product, dev) to integrate SEO into all digital initiatives.
* Stay current on search engine algorithm updates, AI trends, and industry innovations.
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years of proven SEO experience, ideally in high-growth digital environments & Agencies.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
* Strong command of technical SEO, content SEO, and off-page strategies .
* Experience with SEO automation, AI-powered platforms (e.g., custom GPT workflows) is a plus.
* Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Looker Studio ).
* Familiarity with data extraction and transformation tools (e.g., Python scripts, Google Sheets automation, APIs) is a plus.
* Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
* Degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, Business, Data Science or a related field is valued.
