Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on SAP ABAP, providing technical guidance and best practice recommendations to the team and stakeholders.
Ensure the continuous upgradation of knowledge by exploring and integrating new SAP technologies, maintaining the relevance and quality of solutions delivered to clients.
Facilitate training and mentorship for team members in SAP ABAP, promoting skill development to enhance team capability and mitigate delivery risks.
Gather and analyze project specifications and client requirements to deliver tailored SAP solutions that effectively address business challenges.
Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables to guarantee adherence to quality standards and best practices in SAP ABAP development.
Identify and recommend initiatives for client value creation through the implementation of industry best practices in SAP technologies, driving innovation and efficiency.
Expert knowledge in SAP ABAP programming and development methodologies.
Strong understanding of ABAP OO and SAP UI/UX principles.
Proficiency in ABAP for S/4HANA and related SAP modules.
Ability to design and implement high-quality technical solutions.
