Antes de solicitar este puesto, por favor, lea la siguiente información sobre esta oportunidad que encontrará a continuación.This role is focused on service management, client interaction, incident handling and continuous improvement, with exposure to DevOps practicesMain responsibilitiesDrive and facilitate collaboration between client stakeholders and delivery teamsManage service delivery processes and workflowsHandle client communications and escalationsMonitor and report service delivery KPIs and metricsSupport and lead day-to-day service delivery activitiesDevOps & PerformanceAssess DevOps maturity and analyze DORA metricsEvaluate:Deployment FrequencyLead Time for ChangesChange Failure RateTime to Restore ServiceIdentify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunitiesPromote DevOps best practices and collaborationSupport CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring adoptionReporting & DocumentationDeliver dashboards and KPI reportingProduce onboarding materials and product catalog documentationDevelop BAU (Business as Usual) documentationProvide training and awareness on DevOps principles and DORA metricsConduct risk assessments and define mitigation strategiesRequirementsMandatory experienceProven experience in service delivery managementExperience managing client communications and escalationsStrong background in incident management processesSolid knowledge of DevOps methodologiesSolid understanding of DevOps practices (experience with DORA metrics is a plus)Experience building dashboards and KPI reportingExposure to CI/CD, testing automation or monitoring toolsExperience in process improvement and automation initiativesExperience producing operational and BAU documentationEnglish Advanced (C1/C2).
