Our chemical manufacturing site in Benicarló is one of IFF’s largest and most important fragrance production facilities worldwide, operating under the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability.

Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support EHS documentation management (procedures, records, risk assessments).
- Assist in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and report preparation.
- Monitor safety indicators and support the preparation of EHS reports.
- Coordinate EHS training for employees and contractors.
- Participate in inspections, safety walks, and environmental controls.
- Support chemical management, safety data sheets, and REACH/CLP compliance.
- Contribute to emergency response planning and drills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and preventive culture.
What Makes You The Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, or similar.
- Previous experience or internship in EHS within an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of occupational safety and environmental regulations.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Teamwork and effective communication abilities.
- Proactive mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage technical documentation with accuracy.
- Interest in developing within a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Motivation to contribute to a safe and sustainable workplace.
