They have a new opportunity for a Head of IT Infrastructure and Application Support to join them where you will ownership of the live infrastructure and application estate – keeping services, stable, secure and better.
You'll lead the teams running live services across a hybrid environment, own major incident response, drive operational discipline, and ensure new services are genuinely ready for BAU. You'll work at senior level, translate technical risk into business impact, and build an operational function the business can rely on.
This is a great role for someone who knows how to run a complex IT environment under pressure and improve things. You will be joining a growing Consultancy working on a global scale in a Senior operational leadership role focused on running, stabilising and improving enterprise IT services.
