We are in search of an experienced and versatile individual to take up the role of Operations Manager to oversee our ATS operations for our West African region. You will be incharge of leading the ATS business strategy for our West Africa region, this would include the achievement of operational and financial targets and growth of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Work with financial teams to develop budgets for camp and catering operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: candidate must be well informed about relevant health, safety, and food service regulations and ensure compliance
- Licensing: Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and permits for camp and catering operations.
- Demonstrating of good understanding of the remote camp hospitality business.
- Operational Leadership and Effective leadership to Lead strategic organization initiatives including expansion of operations.
- Client/Customer relationships, to oversee client individuals, organizations operations and support processes by ensuring a high degree of client service.
- Maintain Client Relations to understand their needs; address concerns and provide updates on Operations

Qualifications
- Business degree/Diploma in Food and Beverage or Culinary Studies from reputable institution
- 5-10 years experience at Senior Management level in related industry
- Fluency in french an added advantage
