What you'll do:
You'll take ownership of thefull recruitment cycle, managing both candidate and client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and engaging withexperienced professionalsacross sectors like engineering, finance, retail, and tech.
Managing your ownclient portfolio, with a focus on relationship building rather than cold sales.
Benefiting from ourautomated client acquisition system, so you can concentrate on delivery.
Collaborating with your team —no internal competition, just shared goals and mutual success.
Getting involved inexciting HR/recruitment innovation projects, contributing your ideas and creativity.
Who you are:
You have3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a specialist field (e.g., finance, engineering, sales, marketing, etc.).
You're passionate about people, commercially minded, and love building long-term relationships.
You're highly organized, logical, and attentive to detail.
You're results-driven and motivated byperformance-based bonuses.
You are fluentin German, and agood level of Englishto communicate with our international HQ and some global clients.
Speakinganother European language?
