We are looking for a Senior Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for our most strategic, high-value opportunities in the private sector. In this role, you will act as the orchestrator of complex IT transformation bids (Cloud, Digital Workplace, Applications). You will partner closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams to craft winning proposals that align with client business needs while ensuring profitability and manageable risk for the company. You will not just manage the process; you will drive the bid strategy, articulate the value proposition, and ensure the final proposal is highly competitive and persuasive.
Experience
~7–10+ years of professional experience in the IT services or technology consulting industry.
~5+ years of direct experience as a Bid Manager, Proposal Manager, or Senior Presales Manager leading complex, multi-million euro IT outsourcing or digital transformation deals.
~ Proven experience managing bids specifically targeting large private-sector enterprises (Financial Services, Insurances & Banking, Retail, Manufacturing).
