About The Role (Hybrid Position - Marbella, Spain)
We are seeking a Domain Support Specialist to manage domain registration, DNS configurations and website configurations. This role combines technical operations and administration along with hands-on troubleshooting, making it ideal for someone looking to build expertise in IT Infrastructure and Network operations.
What You’ll Do
Assist in the purchase, renewal, and lifecycle management of web domains
Configure and update Name Servers (NS) for company domains
Create and maintain DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, etc.) following documented procedures
Manage domains and DNS zones using Cloudflare and GCore
Apply and maintain predefined templates in the corporate dashboard
Perform configuration checks to ensure domains resolve correctly
Follow internal processes and security guidelines
Maintain domain inventory and documentation
What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience
Technical diploma, IT certification, or equivalent practical experience
Some exposure to domain management, web operations, or IT support preferred
Demonstrated willingness to learn and follow technical procedures
Technical Knowledge
Basic understanding of DNS concepts and how domain resolution works
Understanding of domain management concepts (domains, subdomains, name servers)
Comfortable working with dashboards, admin panels, and online tools
Core Competencies
Strong attention to detail
Organized and methodical working style
Ability to follow step-by-step procedures accurately
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Clear communication and collaboration skills
Nice To Have
Experience with Cloudflare, GCore or similar DNS/CDN platforms
