About the role
The Data Solutions Specialist manages our customers' variable data for printed labels including price tags, content labels, and intelligent label solutions. This role acts as the primary point of contact for Retail Brand Clients and for global production locations for variable data-related information, ensuring smooth operations with online ordering, production, and information solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customers' variable data for printed labels including price tags, content labels, and intelligent label solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Retail Brand Clients and general production locations for variable data-related information.
- Coordinate closely with production locations' IT and automation teams to ensure smooth operations with online ordering and production.
- Participate in end-to-end data testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the customer.
- Provide timely resolutions and updates to clients regarding eCommerce solutions execution and post-production support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data management or product development within an eCommerce or solutions environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of process automation and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish for managing client and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing complex data requirements and permutations.
