Based in our Malaga office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly through effective scheduling, planning, and team coordination of our land based transport operations.Key Responsibilities
Professionally communicate with customers, staff, and stakeholdersConduct daily driver briefingsCoordinate with reservations to support bookingsSupport compliance and daily administrative dutiesAssist with the planning and scheduling of services, drivers, and coachesEnsure driver schedules are compliant with Fatigue Management and Safe Driving policiesMaintain accurate operational recordsMonitor GPS tracking and digital radio systemsLiaise with clients to meet service expectationsManage driver payroll and timecardsPromote and uphold a safe working environmentMaintain and organise documents and operational filesParticipate in rotational after-hours on-call duties (evenings/weekends)What You’ll Bring
A great personality and positive energyProven experience in rostering or schedulingKnowledge of transport, travel, or logistics (highly regarded)Strong organisational and interpersonal skillsSolid administrative and communication experienceConflict resolution and problem-solving skillsStrong geographic knowledge of Perth and regional WAHigh level of reliability, honesty, and accountabilityTechnical Requirements
