We are seeking a new star to join our Operations Department in the role of an experienced Banking Relations Manager.
You will define and manage the entire payment method lifecycle, including contracting, integration, onboarding with providers, metrics collection, and maintenance to deliver best-fitted payment solutions that meet customer needs.
You will work closely with the Head of Customer Operations, Payments Operations, Finance, Product, and IT teams.

What you'll be doing
Innovation and improvement: Define payment methods and solutions that meet customer needs in alignment with Marketing and Product Strategy.
Market analysis: Identify and assess payment solution suppliers, including banking partners, payment providers, card schemes, and SEPA scheme participants across the EMEA region.
Vendor management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with payment providers and banking partners across EMEA, including updates of KYC, risk appetites, commercials, and other contractual conditions.
Onboarding: Manage the full lifecycle of onboarding new payment providers and banking partners.
Negotiations: Handle communications with banking partners, including record keeping, exchange of information, and managing authorised access.
Performance metrics: Achieve objectives within the OKR framework and monitor payment performance metrics.
Cross-functional collaboration: Support and collaborate in initial technical integrations and ongoing maintenance with Product and IT teams.
What you’ll bring to us
* 5+ years of experience in fintech (PSP, neobanks, forex, or payment institutions).
* 2+ years of experience in a partner-facing role (e.g., partner relations, partner enablement) within fintech or B2B/B2C payment services is a strong advantage.
* Hands-on experience working with SEPA schemes (SCT/SDD) and a strong understanding of European payment infrastructure.
* Experience managing banking partnerships across the EMEA region, with solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to present, negotiate, and collaborate effectively.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
* Patience, empathy, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
* Customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous product improvement.
* Familiarity with industry standards and ability to prepare and analyse performance reports.
* Experience supporting Product and IT teams in technical integration flows.
