Overview
In our team you will be in charge of :
* Collaborate with managers and HRBPs to detect current and future talent needs.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment: from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
* Attract candidates through LinkedIn, InfoJobs, Tecnoempleo and other professional platforms.
* Represent GMV at job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
* Coordinate and support onboarding processes to ensure a great start for new joiners.
* Conduct check-ins and follow-up interviews to ensure smooth integration.
* Actively participate in performance evaluation meetings.
* Support in the identification of development goals and help with the development plan.
* Manage offboarding and conduct exit interviews, gathering valuable feedback.

Qualifications
* Graduates with background in Human Resources, Psychology or similar.
* 1-2 years of work experience in talent acquisition or generalist HR roles.
* Familiarity with sourcing tools, databases, and social media platforms.
* Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using interview techniques and evaluation methods to source candidates.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* High level of Spanish and English (spoken and written).
* Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions proactively is valued.
* Knowledge of engineering, IT, or highly technical profiles is valued; understanding of different roles and skill sets across an organization.
