Job Title: Account Manager Customer Service
Job Description:
As an Account Manager Customer Service, you will develop, maintain, and improve relations with your assigned accounts to maximize and boost service business through contract solutions that add value to our customers.
Your role includes:
1. Maximizing customer service order intake, sales, and price realization at assigned accounts.
2. Ensuring continuity of relationships with all stakeholders within the accounts' organization and facilitating executive-level interfaces between the company and the accounts.
3. Preparing and executing the annual account plan and sales forecast in line with regional strategy.
4. Maintaining the CRM tool to ensure visibility of market opportunities.
5. Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies.
6. Analyzing won and lost deals, customer expectations, satisfaction (NPS), market trends, and competition systematically.
You're the right fit if:
1. You have a university degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Technology, or a relevant engineering major.
2. You possess solid knowledge of the healthcare industry and service segment.
3. You have experience working with large matrix teams, both internal and external.
4. You understand local market environments, public tenders, private customers, and local challenges and regulations.
5. You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
6. You hold a valid driving license.
7. You are willing and able to visit customers in the field.
