**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Previous production experience on a full game development, post-production through to release.
- Hands on experience working with the development team in an internal production capacity.
- Comfortable with conflict resolution and distributed team building skills.
- Experience using PM software, for example JIRA.
- Good presentation skills and the ability to create documents.
**RESPONSIBLITIES**:
- Work together with developers daily to ensure the project is on track.
- Collaborate with developers daily to ensure the project is on track.
- Promote the game everywhere by giving demos and presentations.
- Present progress of titles at major review meetings taking full accountability for product status.
