Sales Manager – Costa Blanca South & Murcia Region
Reports To: General Manager
Location: Los Dolses Head Office - Costa Blanca South & Murcia Region (covering all 5 Real Estate offices)
Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the sales teams across all 5 Real Estate offices within the Costa Blanca South and Murcia Region.
The primary purpose of the role is to drive sales performance, improve buyer conversion rates, increase completed transactions and create a high-performance sales culture throughout the business.
The Sales Manager will work closely with all departments to ensure targets are achieved, opportunities are maximised and customers receive an exceptional buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance
- Deliver regional sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor sales activity and pipeline performance across all offices.
- Drive improvements in buyer conversion rates throughout the sales journey.
- Ensure sales teams maximise every lead, viewing and sales opportunity.
- Analyse sales performance and implement action plans where required.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate and inspire sales teams across the region.
- Create a culture of accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Identify underperformance and implement improvement plans.
Training & Development
- Deliver ongoing sales training and coaching.
- Improve skills in lead conversion, buyer qualification, property matching, viewing management and negotiation.
- Assist with onboarding and development of new team members.
Reporting & Accountability
- Monitor office and individual sales performance.
- Track key sales metrics and conversion ratios.
- Produce regular reports for the General Manager.
- Ensure CRM systems are maintained accurately and consistently.
Customer Experience
- Ensure buyers receive an exceptional level of service throughout their property journey.
- Assist with the resolution of escalated customer issues.
- Promote a customer-first approach across all offices.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential property sales.
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing high-performing sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing multiple locations or regional teams.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance management.
Languages
- Fluent English (essential).
- Fluent Spanish (essential).
- Dutch (plus other languages) is desirable but not essential.
