Your RoleWe are looking for a Senior Power Platform & Power BI Consultant to join our team. This is a hands-on senior role requiring proven depth in Power BI, Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate), and Copilot Studio — the three pillars at the heart of what we deliver for our clients.
Key Requirements
Power BI Core RequirementStrong expertise in Power BI, report and dashboard development, data modelling, and DAX authoringExperience designing semantic models and optimising performance for large datasetsAbility to define and enforce Power BI governance standards, workspace management, and deployment pipelinesExperience connecting Power BI to multiple data sources: SQL, SharePoint, Azure services, APIs
Power Platform Core Requirement5–10 years of experience in Power Platform consulting, with high proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate (complex logic, error handling, and approvals)Deep understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): solutions, environment variables, and deployment pipelinesHands-on experience with connectors: SQL, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Graph APIsExperience in Agile, multi-team environments with strong analytical and communication skills
Copilot Studio Core RequirementProven hands-on experience implementing or managing conversational AI solutions and custom agents via Microsoft Copilot StudioAbility to design, build, and deploy custom Copilots integrated with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 servicesExperience connecting Copilot Studio agents to external data sources, APIs, and business processesUnderstanding of AI governance considerations in enterprise Copilot deployments
Nice to HaveCertifications: Microsoft Power Platform or Power BI official certifications (strongly valued)Advanced DevOps: CI/CD for Power Platform via Azure DevOpsModern Data Stack: familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Microsoft PurviewData Quality: solid knowledge of data governance and quality frameworks
