Preparing study materials, planning, organizing, and conducting training to customers (physicians, technicians, nurses, and administration) in collaboration with the Sales force team and Training & Education department.- Supporting Sales force during presentations to customers upon request as well as marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies through clinical review and inputting to sales and marketing brochures.- Collaborating in the AOP consecution through the technical and clinical support to both CAS team and external customers.- Reporting all account, market and competitive information and trends and metrics in a comprehensive, complete, and timely fashion.- Reporting accurately all product related events (e.G., customer feedback, product and legal issues and risks etc) and customer complains following the compliance requirements.- Carrying out all administrative duties and all necessary reports in a timely and diligent manner, (i.E., inventory reports, stock movement forms etc.). Providing minimum, but regular activity report to Sales Manager.**Required Knowledge and Experience**:- University degree in Life-Science or Engineer.- At least 2 years of experience in the medical device industry including a hospital operation room environment is highly valued.- Experience in 3D Navigation & Mapping- Knowledge of Electrophysiology procedures and products.- Fluent English.- Availability and willingness to travel.- Clean driving license.- Ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales force, physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians.- Skills to work independently on projects/duties as well as have a Spain-wide view.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization.- High attention to detail and accuracy.- Computer skills.- Team oriented.- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.- Location: Granada or Malaga.**SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM**:Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty.
