We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team within our Marketing team. This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operations. You will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing how Alpega goes to market by leveraging and connecting technology to optimize operational efficiency. You will be accountable for maximizing the utilization of our tools and automating processes and campaigns that support our business objectives. This position requires a unique combination of technical savviness, strategic fore(in)sight, and operational expertise.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Platforms and Tools:
1. Oversee platform evaluations, pilot programs, and the seamless introduction of technologies across our portfolio.
2. Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high performance.
3. Building a robust data foundation with infrastructure, processes, and strategies to collect, manage, analyze and store business intelligence.
4. Optimizing investment across the marketing technology stack.
Data Management and Lead Automation:
5. Manage the full scope of effective data management including enrichment, scoring & routing, to drive clean, precise & reliable data.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance with regulations, and the development of meaningful reporting metrics
Integration and Collaboration:
7. Implement and maintain cross-platform integrations to boost efficiency and engagement.
8. Foster collaboration between the marketing and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technology solutions with other business systems.
9. Champion process automation and improvement, driving marketing operational efficiency.
Training and Support:
10. Communicate complex technical concepts and issues to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
11. Help develop and manage training programs to ensure that marketing and other internal teams are proficient in using technology tools.
12. Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating continuous improvement.
Security and Compliance:
13. Implement and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR and other data privacy laws.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
14. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
15. Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot & Salesforce.
16. Experience working with automation platforms such as Zapier.
17. Experience working with data enrichment software's such as Clearbit.
18. Knowledge of cybersecurity, web accessibility, and data protection.
19. In-depth knowledge of various marketing technology APIs, tools and platforms.
20. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
21. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
22. Fluency English communication in both, verbal and written forms.
23. Knowledge of web frameworks and languages preferred: JS, HTML, CSS and other modern frameworks is a plus.
