Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute dishes according to our quality standards
- Support pastry and bakery production (brioche, baked goods, basic desserts, dough preparation)
- Ensure attractive and consistent plating
- Organize mise en place efficiently to guarantee a smooth and well-coordinated service
- Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a positive and productive working atmosphere
