We are seeking a detail oriented Influencer Marketing Campaign Coordinator to support the execution of global influencer campaigns based in Spain or Portugal .

You will work closely with campaign managers to ensure influencer campaigns are executed smoothly, on time, and with high quality.
Attention to detail, ownership of tasks, and consistent communication are essential for success in this role.
Work schedule
* Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week
Key responsibilities
* Sort and analyze data and evaluate the results of advertising campaigns
* Maintain and update a database of potential influencers while cultivating strong relationships
* Generate initial lists and reports on campaigns, influencers, and key performance metrics
* Manage outreach, negotiations, follow ups, and procurement processes with influencers and facilitate communication based on campaign needs
* Review, translate, and edit briefs and scripts when needed
* Review contracts and contractual terms, and liaise with creators and their agencies to discuss, clarify, and negotiate agreements as needed
* Create and oversee task lists for influencers, ensuring compliance with guidelines and adherence to deadlines
Requirements
* Experience in social media, marketing, or influencer related fields is a strong plus but not mandatory
* Strong proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proactive problem solving abilities and strong analytical skills
* Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus
* Native or bilingual English proficiency is mandatory
* Any additional language is a strong plus
Preferred qualifications
* Pop culture savvy with an interest in influencers, creators, celebrities, and social media
* Understanding of major social platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram,
* and Facebook and how creators engage on each
