As phone sales agent, you will work as part of the property management team, reporting to the Leasing Manager and collaborating with the on-site and marketing teams.
The phone sales agent will be instrumental in driving the successful leasing of our new aparthotels. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and sales skills, in both spanish and English. Complete tasks as assigned by your manager, and other special projects as assigned.
Minimum of 1 year experience in phone sales, preferably in fields realting to leasing, property management, or hospitality.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.
· Strong sales and customer service skills
· Knowledge of the Madrid area and local market is a plus.
