Key Accountabilities:
Sales Achievement Plan
* Ensure that sales plan of the branch/es is achieved through product assortment, marketing opportunities and completion of store plantilla.
* Direct on planning of marketing strategies, merchandise arrangement, manpower requirements and computation of sales plan during sale events.
* Monitor sales performance of the branch/es by coordinating with Store Managers.
* Prepare regular report on the sales performance of the branch/es.
Daily Operations
* Ensure standard operating procedures and compliance to Company policies are strictly implemented.
* Prepare and implement sanctions when Company policies and procedures are violated.
* Initiate review of standard operating procedures which can help the branch/es achieve its sales target.
* Organize orientation / training to store staffs to properly communicate and implement Company policies and procedures.
* Ensure that all equipment and facilities are working properly.
* Conduct regular store visit.
* Monitor status of renovation projects and new stores, if any.
Merchandise and Stock Management
* Monitor compliance of stores to the Company’s ageing policy, inventory management, merchandise assortment and category performance.
* Consolidate MTOs of stores and coordinate with the Merchandising team on the requirements.
* Coordinate with Central Warehouse for the training of Receiving Checkers/Stockman, vehicle maintenance, inventories and branch transfer of merchandise.
People Management
* Finalize with Store Head the manpower schedule per branch including vacation leave schedule, rest days, manpower for sales events and reliever for resigned employees.
* Coordinate with HR with regard to the concerns of employees regarding OT pay, government benefits and payroll adjustments.
* Ensure all incoming Store Managers and Supervisors undergo proper training.
* Identify employees who can be considered for promotions.
* Ensure that all vacancies of stores are filled up by HR.
