Principal Accountabilities
- Coordinate internally within the process automation product team and externally cross‑functionally with other teams, applying product management, communication design systems and strategic thinking.
- Understand customer needs, business requirements and pain points; translate them into product requirements and use‑case development to support design, deployment, adoption and iteration.
- Support product implementation during deployment phases by attending recurrent meetings (on site or remotely), working with project management, procurement and product leads from tender through to Go‑Live and hyper‑care.
- Oversee and participate in product testing phases such as FAT, laboratory testing, SIT, SAT, UAT and Go‑Live processes; continuously improve test cases and clarify acceptance criteria.
- Lead fact‑based and data‑driven root cause analysis using Lean Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control to stabilize and improve product performance.
- Promote solution demonstrations and technical training to terminal teams throughout the product life cycle; review training materials to ensure alignment with product requirements.
- Create, maintain and continuously improve product documentation, policies and technical standards; collect lessons learned and update vendor manuals, retrofitting guides, support procedures and QA/test documentation.
- Follow strategy to create modular, scalable, agnostic, fast‑to‑deploy products; participate in road‑mapping, prototyping and proof‑of‑concepts from ideation to MVP and productisation.
- Ensure systems performance monitoring, lead optimisation efforts and conduct technical gap analyses.
- Perform risk assessments, manage change control and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
- Maritime operations bachelor’s or equivalent product‑management certification.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, coordination or business analysis within technology and/or operations, preferably with automation in the transport and logistics sector.
- Experience in a real‑time operating/industrial environment (logistics, shipping, etc.).
- Familiarity with testing processes and troubleshooting (FAT, LAB, SIT, SAT, UAT).
- Strong understanding of port equipment, automated systems, controls, industrial infrastructure and port automation technologies.
- Strategic thinking, systems design, stakeholder coordination and business analysis.
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
