Supported by cutting-edge technology, our goal is simple yet powerful: help our clients grow faster and more profitably.Role Overview: This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity, exclusively available for candidates residing in Ukraine.Key Requirements:Fluent English (Advanced level or higher, both written and spoken)3+ years of relevant experience managing social advertising campaignsProven experience running Facebook Ads in TIER1 markets (3+ years)Strong proficiency with Google AnalyticsAdvanced Excel skills (Vlookup, pivot tables)Deep understanding of traffic acquisition toolsExceptional communication and proactive approachAbility to learn quickly and adapt effectivelyYour Responsibilities:Plan, set up, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, Twitter, Taboola, OutBrain, and moreRegularly monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROIGenerate insightful weekly and monthly reports based on key performance indicatorsCollaborate daily with cross-functional project teamsTrack and manage campaign goals, revenue targets, and present clear results to clients
