In this role you drive digital visibility and lead generation for our brands, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in an international setting. You lead content creation and demand campaigns, supporting successful product launches and market expansion. You work closely with sales and product teams to articulate value propositions and improve our digital presence across social channels and websites. This is a hands-on position focused on impactful marketing, data-driven decisions, and global collaboration.

• Develop digital strategy to boost brand visibility and lead opportunities
• Coordinate internal and external communications and GTM launches for products
• Create commercial assets (catalogs, brochures, presentations) highlighting value propositions
• Enable sales through training, arguments, and strategic customer engagement
• Capture Voice of Customer and translate feedback into product requirements
• Monitor competitive landscape and craft technical-commercial differentiators
• Participate in internal product reviews with factory, service, sales teams, and distributors
• Suggest pricing changes and commercial structures aligned with margins and market needs
• Plan and execute successful product launches and demand-generation activities
Responsabilidades
• Experience in industrial product marketing or product management xpzdshu (min 3 years)
• Experience in CRM, digital marketing, demand generation, and content management
• Strong analytical skills and commercial focus
• Excellent communication and training abilities; cross-functional collaboration
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus
