Responsibilities
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and future growth trends for market development
* Executing research and market intelligence operations within the Western European target markets, i.e. competition and trend analyses
* Providing detailed Customer Intelligence Analyses (e.g. segmentations, purchasing behaviours, customer value analyses, …)
* Being the connector to Corporate Sales Marketing
* Providing suitable marketing concepts for the entire Region Western Europe
* Defining and optimizing marketing processes and tools, seeking customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement
* Organizing and participating in customer days, international network events and trade shows
* Being responsible for Sales Public Relations and Media Management
* Getting engaged in Salesforce / CRM systems
* Ensuring information exchange and communication among subsidiaries and within the Region
Profile / Qualifications
* Data-driven and analytical

* Persuasive and assertive
* A confident communicator at all levels
* Self-driven and with an international mindset
* With high proficiency in English, further European languages being a plus
* With digital skills and affinity to (social) media
* Flexible to travel internationally
