We work to innovate in human, animal, and plant health. brWe believe that partnership is the key to success and we support our partners across the healthcare, plant and animal health markets worldwide. brAbout the Role: brThe Project Engineer will play a key role in delivering both day‐to‐day and long‐term engineering, technical, and regulatory support to the engineering department, working under the guidance of the Engineering Director. brThis position is responsible for leading engineering projects from concept to completion — including developing P IDs and layout designs, coordinating and validating the work of external suppliers, ensuring adherence to project budgets, and managing all relevant documentation. brResponsibilities: brApply all current safety, quality, and environmental standards in every activity, ensuring full compliance from colleagues, internal teams, and external suppliers. brDevelop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and output quality. brEvaluate processes, collect measurements, and interpret data to optimize the performance of existing facilities. brPrepare and review project proposals, studies, and technical reports. brCreate, verify, and update P IDs and facility layouts to ensure accurate implementation. brMaintain up‐to‐date P IDs and layouts in line with the change management (MOC) procedure, and keep all archives current. brCoordinate all engineering and maintenance activities for new facilities, including regulatory inspections. brServe as the primary contact for external suppliers regarding requirements, issues, and project activities. brBuild and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders. brOversee maintenance operations for new installations. brRecommend and implement technical or managerial improvements to resolve implementation issues, enhance performance, or reduce costs. About You: brDegree in Chemical Engineering or related field. brPMO certification. brHealth Safety qualification; Masters in Advanced Risk Prevention preferred. brKnowledge of chemical manufacturing, including GMP and GEP standards. brUnderstanding of ISO 9000, 14000, 50001, 45000, and FSCC 22000 management systems. brContinuous improvement certification, preferably Six Sigma Black Belt. brExperience managing and controlling operating costs (CAR budget). brFamiliarity with CMMS systems, particularly Infor EAM. brHigh level of English proficiency. brProficient in Auto CAD applications.
