Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives responsible for selling service contracts.
* Territory will include: France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
* Prepare accurate monthly forecasts of orders and revenue.
* Collaborate with the service and FAs teams to support their goals and drive incremental business.
* Leverage practical process improvement (PPI) to streamline processes.
* Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
* Manage, develop, mentor, control, and empower the sales force to develop their skills, ensuring high professional standards and achievement of sales targets.
* Assess staff performance and provide mentorship and guidance for maximum efficiency.
* Ensure smooth information flow within support groups to facilitate operations.
* Develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition within the defined geography and accounts.
* Monitor customer preferences to focus sales efforts.
* Resolve customer complaints regarding sales.
* Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
* Experience in the Life Sciences sector is a plus.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, Italian, and/or Spanish is a bonus.
* Deep understanding of people management, sales strategies, and tactics.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
* 3-5 years of leading and developing sales teams (preferable).
* 5 years of sales experience.

* Strong communication skills, relationship-building, and customer engagement talent.
* Passion for teamwork and ability to handle projects collaboratively, delivering outstanding customer service.
